I had three other estimates to replace both my front & back doors. After a Google search I reached out to Window Seal West as a forth estimate. I met Sergey who came out to my house to review the job and talked about their door construction. Then the next day Sergey sent me the estimate which I found to be a fair price for the job. I signed the contract for the install and never looked back. This is a very professional business with qualified people right from the start to job completion. Sergey came out to my house shortly after the installers left to review the job with me to make sure all was well and I was happy. What else can I say other then top notch and customer comes first. I would recommend this company in a heart beet for any door or window install. You won't be disappointed.

Several months ago we decided to replace windows in my house, the previous windows made our home look dated. We found Window Seal West through Homestars, researched this company, fully licensed, well organized and more important this is factory, they produce windows themself. Amazing quality product and waranty direct from factory. We replaced all our windows with this company. I use Window Seal West services from 2015.I ordered more than 200+ windows from them as well as 30+ doors in past five years. I have couple of projects every year.Customer service is great, and windows and doors quality is fantastic. I never had any problems with their products.Vlad project manager is very informative and helpful when i need to order something custom.I like that windows and doors made by Window Seal West are being build in Calgary. It usually takes from 2 to 3 weeks to have my order ready from manufacturing to pick up.I will highly recommend this company to others.

Booked a free consultation to replace our old patio door and bedroom window.Sales Person Vlad Nemchuk was helpful and professional. A replacement made a big change in my home. After the replacement, I clearly can feel a temperature change. I observed closely during cold days and recognized that the window and the door worked great. I expected the replacement would be done in 8 weeks but eventually finished in 9 weeks and 3 days after contract. The team of Orest and Igor was great. They were excellent, detailed and skillful technicians. Mostly talked with Orest and I realized he was a meticulous and precise guy to finish his job correctly. They did great job to minimize any dust and scratches on the floor inside and cleaning up garbage at the end. I definitely recommend products and technicians from Window Seal West.

Very satisfied with our new windows and service. We had very old windows. Wood frame on one of them was rotted to the hole. And sometime we had insects inside of the house. Windows seal west has installed 2 new triple glass windows. A sale person Sergey recommended these triple glass windows because they have high efficiency, don't frieze, don't condensate water on them in case of cold weather. Few last cold weeks have shown the good advice and perfect choice. There was a small mistake during installation, but we've reported about it to Sergey and everything was fixed great. Highly recommend the company.

I have a late 2000 house and had cheap vinyl windows from the builder. They were very drafty and had lots of condensation in the winter. We decided to put triple pane windows in with window seal west. This winter I had no issues big difference would highly recommend if you are planning to change your windows.

My wife and I had a very good experience with Window Seal West.We called upon Adam to enlarge 3 basement windows and add 1 brand new window. The quote was reasonable and he worked with us to make sure the job was doable within our budget. We found the customer service to be excellent with prompt replies via email and telephone. The work was scheduled as promised and the installation was on time, done with minimal mesh, and quick.Adam worked with us to line up the Alberta OneCall and the City of Calgary inspection (we obtained the permits ourselves). The guys even accommodated some small last minute changes on our part. The only minor change was that a flat pine casing was not available as quoted but they were willing to upgrade us to an oak non-flat casing or a flat MDF casing.All in all it was a really good hassel-free experience and we would use this company for future window and glass work if their prices remain competitive. As part of a renovation of a 1960s bungalow, I wanted to update the windows in a basement bedroom to ensure it was up to code. When the window company that was replacing the rest of my windows in the house told me they didn't do egress windows, I asked my network if there was anyone they would recommend. The name Window Seal West kept coming up. After calling them, an installer came out and measured our opening and gave us all of the info we needed for getting our plans drawn up and permits in order. When they came out to cut the concrete and install the window, they were quick, professional and easy to deal with.

We are very happy with our new windows from Window Seal West, they look great! We initially weren’t even going to contact them for a quote because they had so many less reviews than other companies in the area, but then we heard a friend had used them this past summer and they were happy with them. We called them up for a quote and Mike came the next day and gave us a quote immediately. We had 2 other companies come for quotes before we contacted Window Seal West, we really liked one of the other companies as well but could not justify the huge price difference to go with them. We don’t regret going with Window Seal West at all. So don’t pass by them just because they don’t have as many reviews as some of the other companies. They showed up on time did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Victor and his partner (I don’t know his name, because he spoke very little English) were very friendly and worked hard with very little breaks. They also took the time to show us as they went along what they were doing, so we knew they were installing all the products we had discussed. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything, and they did it in a timely manner. They also submitted our Government rebate immediately after and sent us an email with our case number for Energy Efficiency Alberta. I would highly recommend this company!!!

We had our windows replaced with windows seal west. One of the best customers service we have had. From the very beginning complete professionalism Ruslan was on time and what we were promised we received on time. When the guys came to install they were friendly and respectful of our large dogs and our home. They left our house so clean it was like they weren't even there. Except we had beautiful windows. Only a couple hours and they were gone. Within hours of them leaving a lady called and emailed the government rebate papers to be signed and sent back which she took care of on her end. Nothing more for me to do. Window seal west took care of us from start to finish. We did our shopping around. These guys had the best windows for the best cost.Highly recommended.

We are extremely happy with the experience we have had with Window Seal West. From the consultation to installation and clean up. Mike was pleasant to work with, very knowledgable. The whole install was neat, clean and they really take pride in their work.Our only disappointment is that we wish we knew them prior to our previous windows. They are so easy to open and close, super quiet and really easy to clean. We highly recommend everyone to hire these guys! 5 stars all the way!

We hired Window Seal West to produce and install new windows and doors. We enjoyed being able to visit their showroom and see the product. The salesman Mike was helpful and knowledgeable, the estimates were done in our home immediately. The product arrived in a very timely manner. The three man crew did an excellent job with attention to detail. The inside was finished very nicely with all the necessary trim and modelings. We were very happy with the finished product. I am happy to recommend Window Seal West. They have done two jobs for us and I am so pleased with the results from salesperson to install. The first job was a leaky garage window. The installers were done in about an hour and it was great to have my peace of mind back!The same installers returned a few months later to install a new front door. The previous owners of our house had painted the door themselves with the wrong paint that flaked away over the years. It was terrible! It really isn't as easy to replace a front door as one would think. If you buy a door, it has to be painted. Then you need to buy the drill kit to drill the holes. Then you have to rip the old box out etc etc. We had a couple of contractors come out and we ended up delaying the decision for a year. I'm glad we did because the price could not be beat. The old door was removed and the new one installed in about an hour and a half. They were able to save the old trim. Everything was cleaned up and well done! I just love love the new door and can't believe we lived with the old one for so long.

In 2009 I got all of my windows replaced in one of my rental houses with a different company, it was a nightmare. Recently, I cringed when I had to decide to replace all of the windows on an another rental property of mine which is about 40 years old! However I was very pleasantly surprised when the WSW replaced my windows on September 13th and 15th. I have been very impressed with the final finished job, the quality of windows as well as all of the young courteous, hard working and patient men who worked on my windows. They always cleaned up after themselves, and they were very understanding about the tenants very active little kids running around. They were a couple weeks late starting at my house, however I feel that they were worth waiting for. I already recommended them to my neighbor of 25 years ( she is also using WSW ), I also would recommend WSW to anyone who is planning to replace their windows. WSW will provide you not only with a distinct professional service, quality windows with beautiful frames, also for a fraction of the price compare to the other window replacing companies. I am a very HAPPY customer, I know I will use their services again. Thank You WSW for a job well done!

This company is amazing. Let me start by saying not all jobs are perfect, it's inevitable when replacing 20-year old windows that there can be challenges, and we had some challenges when replacing 8 windows on the rear of our house. I won't go into details but let me say that the owners Vlad and Serge took care of everything so quickly and so professionally, and they wouldn't stop until I was 150% satisfied! The crew of Antony, Victor and Slava worked tirelessly in 32c heat until I had perfect windows and a perfect finish to the job. Window Seal West is a fantastic local business that REALLY CARES about each and every customer, so believe the other reviews that say the same. Another key point is that they manufacture in Calgary so if there is a problem they can make or fix a new window in just days! If you choose this company you can sleep well at night knowing that they will take care of you until you are totally satisfied and for years afterwards. The windows are beautiful and the way they finished them is equally appealing. I had major leaks in my old windows and in the winter they did not seem to do the job to well. I got a flyer in the mail from window seal west called them for a free estimate. The sales rep that came explained everything very well to me. After the job was done I now have my windows for a couple of month and it is a night and day difference very happy with the service and product and will be sure to recommend them thanks guys :)!!!

We decided to replace our windows & called the above: We were very satisfied with the honesty of our salesperson, "Kirill Glyasov". I recommend this company a give them(5) stars. Between the standards of professionalism & being courteous,their attention to detail can't be surpassed. I highly recommend that you ask for "Kirill" as he will explain options to you about financing & go through every question you give him. With the Calgary weather, they can get it done in 1 or 2 days depending on how many windows you have. They also work rain or shine, winter or spring, so don't spend another dollar on Enmax when the windows will pay for themselves. My husband & I are very satisfied with this company, their price, professional attitude, & perfectionism.

Well.. I'm very satisfied the service that Window Seal West has! I shopped around and got qoutes from other companies and this gave me the best price as they manufacture thier own windows.My sales representative, Kirill has been very informative and helpful. The installers were professional and cleaned up everything after the job was done. The product itself is marvelous and high quality. It is well worth the investment in my opinion, and if you decide to go ahead I suggest checking out other jobs that were done in the area close to you. Kirill was very kind in taking and showing me the finished product on other houses close to my area before I made my decision. I highly recommend Window Seal West!

Great company, great service and very amazing products at the right price. Adam, the sales guy, did an outstanding job to help us to figure out the front door, the back door and the bathroom windows we needed to replace at our house. There was a bit of delay in the production of one door but didn't create problems. On the day of the installation the guys showed up 20 min late but they were able to complete the job in time. Honestly, looking to the amazing job that Victor and his guy did, I cannot complain at all for 20 minutes of delay. Impressive care of details and they made sure we were happy and satisfied with everything before to leave. This was the first project we did with this company and we are very happy about the overall experience. We will call them again for the second part of the renovation.

Booked 2 apts for quotes to have all my windows replaced and they didn't show up for either appointment. (this was explained to me and I do understand that things happen)Edit: One of the managers called me immediately after this review and is coming out to help with this situation. Although I was upset initially with the no shows, the immediate response to rectify the situation has made me edit my initial review. Things happen, but Window Seal West did there best to rectify everything and I am happy to give them another chance to come and give a quote on my property. I have not met with them yet but I would still recommend giving them a try as they did show great customer care and service to retain my buisness. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 based on the customer service only on the booking of my quote. In my opinion these are qualities you want in a company!

We just had some windows replaced and while the installers and the windows were fine, we have found that the oak casings have been a bit shoddily put together. There are rough edges and the seams/joints required them to use wood filler. We had other windows replaced by a company since gone out of business, and there was no need for wood filler with their product. A little disappointed with that aspect.Nov 20/17 - was recently contacted by the company to respond to the above review which resulted in the installer coming over and going over the questions/issues I had. These were resolved in an appropriate manner, so have changed the stars from 3 to 4.

In my opinion, the only issue with Window Seal West is that they are extremely busy. This results in a lack of communication and longer wait times. However, everything else was awesome (see below). Pros:- Friendly Staff- Excellent quality windows & Price- Excellent Installation and Cleanup- Delivered On Time (albeit with a few phone calls to be sure)Cons:- Super busy so sometimes hard to get ahold of- Not good at updating customer on status of orderUltimately, just plan to wait 4-12 weeks for installation and plan on receiving minimal feedback on when they will come to measure, install etc. They are super busy (which is saying something in itself), so as a result they have a hard time keeping track and on schedule, but if you call THEM and inquire/remind every few weeks they are always more than accommodating to ensure on time delivery.Be friendly, and they are friendly in return. VERY HAPPY with my install and customer service, just wish they were better at keeping me in the loop and that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would like to update the issues that happened with Window Seal West company on Feb2nd/2020, with regards to my windows installation in 2018.The manager Antony contacted me last week and he told me that the Window Seal West company had gone through a lot of changes in the past years, and he is the new project manager, and is determines to make their customers happy and satisfied. He seemed sincere,and honest to me, and he also placed a new order to replace all the windows not professionally installed in 2018. I truly appreciate his plan and action so far. More to follow. The following story happened in 2018 and I wrote a review in 2019 as I was not able to write an new update review today ( Feb 2/2020) due to Google setting. Therefore,I am adding to it as things progress. (2018)It was horrible experience with this company. Had 7 windows installed last year March. Two hours late on the appointment and 1-2days work, but left outside widowed unfinished for 10 days(as pictures showing below). I found the windows are installed quite different from the salesman Alex Petrenko promised at initial consultation. I confronted him about that. He threatened me to put a lien on my house even I did not mention the payment yet. I tried to contact the manager and the manager did not listen my concerns. I was hopeless and powerless with the situation. the installation carried on. they demanded to pay on the spot and did not agree that I needed to check the widows first next day.Otherwise the salesman Alex Petrenko and manager threatened to take all the installed windows off and they states that all installed windows by them were still belong to them. They also threaten that they would leave all the holes there let me deal with all the people inside. Very unprofessional. Finally, I had to call the police to settled down. What a terrible experience. Even after one year installation, I still feel troubled by them. I thought it would be better to share my experience with others. I don’t recommend this company at all from personal encounter with this company and stay away from the salesman Alex. He said the manager was his brother in law, perhaps he could do whatever he wants

Had one window installed in our kitchen. Had to wait 7 weeks to have the window made which I am told is standard. Installation day came but with a window that was made to small by about 4". Not happy at all. The installer secured the opening by putting in wrong size window and 2x4's in the mean time. Installer said he would have manager get in touch with us, to date have not heard from him.We waited another 3 weeks this time to have it installed with the right sized window. Product is nice, the installer did a good job in securing our window the first time and second time. Kudos goes to him. BUT no one from the company called to apologize that they messed up. Twice I had to call them to see if the window was ready for install. They had no problem taking the money once job was finished. Not impressed at all with their customer service.Update...one of the managers called to apologize so am changing from a 2 star to a 3 star. I still feel customer service is lacking.

The sales person Mike came to my house to measure all the windows in Jun 2017 and mentioned he will email me the quote few days later. Till now Aug 8 I still couldn't get any response from Mike and the company. I called more than 10 times to ask for the quote, but nobody can help me. This is the most weird thing I never see before. Did I do something wrong so the sales put me into the blacklist? Anyway I called the customer service again and they will send another sales person to do the measurement and quote again for my house. I will provide another update in few weeksFew weeks another sales person contacted me and provided the service as I expected. so I changed the rating to 3.

The windows installed are great. We can already feel the difference in the amount of cold air drafting we don't get from these and we like how they look. The neighbours keep coming over to look at them. The office was good to work with and the installers worked efficiently. The sales person did an OK job to come down on price to be competitive with other suppliers.My complaint is that I asked for the windows to be designed so that the existing blinds would be able to fit. Originally I was told by the sales person that would require metal cladding to be used on the outside of the house to adjust for the variations in frame size, which I agreed to. When they came to measure the windows more accurately, I was told that they could fit the windows to the outside so the metal cladding would not be required and still make them so that the existing blinds could be reinstalled without alterations. Well, we have lovely new windows and now I have to spend thousands of dollars more to replace the blinds because only 2 of 12 blinds actually still fit. They can not simply be cut down because of the mechanisms for the blinds, which is why I wanted the windows to fit the blinds, and so we need to replace them.So, the warning is to not expect your old blinds to fit, no matter what they tell you. Be prepared to replace or refit your window coverings.

Call me to say that he had called me the week prior and tried to book an appointment for 8pm but I said it was to late. Which he never really did and I'm not sure what he was on aboutThen went on a long rant saying that the people who make the appointments booked far too many appointments in lethbridge and didnt have time to drive the hour to my house to make the appointment in time. Which would be fine had he or someone else called before hand to say something instead of me having to wait around for an hour thinking he was just late.Then asked me to take down my review. No thank you.

Sent an email enquiry, I was pretty impressed, someone called me back quickly, arranged an appointment- advised due to work, evenings or weekends worked best. Admin person told me they work until 7pm. Arranged for 5pm. 4pm on the day, recieved a call from Adam, saying he had been double booked and would be there an hour later, slightly annoying as had plans. Recieved a call at the appointment time saying would be 40mins late but happy to come, I called and he then made some excuse about traffic and it being really late and he needed to rearrange as he was in the south...not a great first impression...I understand things happen but double-booking and then turning up late and eventually cancelling.. if this is how you treat prospective customers, I think I will take my business elsewhere.

Left trash all over our yard from doing the neighbours windows. Didn't ask permission to use our yard but still piled all their trash on our yard as well as part of their trailer. They've killed the grass where they were piling their trash and trolling through our yard

Called for an intial consultation and Sergey came by to explain everything and gave me a quote to replace one window. Called around to compare and they were appropriately priced with a "Calgary built product, not shipped in from Toronto". So I call them to get the measurements done and contract signed and no reply. I have made 3 calls, 2 voicemails and one email to no response. I called the mainline only to be given Sergey's cell number again. You can see where this is going, if you dont have time to waste like me I wouldn't start here.
