I owe a lot of rental properties in Calgary and keep ordering windows and doors from Window Seal West.Every year I can see improvement in quality of the product and service.I always get Antony (install manager) to get final measurements. He is very precise and detailed to make sure, that the whole project will go smooth and it all right upon completion.Highly recommend.

I had four windows replaced in a 50 year old condo as well as a piece of glass beside the front door. They were very professional each step. The measurement person Anthony instilled confidence with his knowledge and explained the entire process. Vadim and Yiruy did a great job and was able to explain and fix some glitches that come with an older home. The date was a little later than expected ( one month) but completely fair because of covid delivery issues. And the price was very good. I would use again and would recommend.

It took 3 months for my windows to show up, which is the only downside. Two tradesmen showed up at 11:30 AM with my new windows. They installed 3 new windows and were gone at 13:45. All new trim and mouldings, nicely caulked and sealed on the outside. Not a speck of dirt was left behind. Took all the old windows with them, vacuumed indoors and out with the shop vac. Highly recommended, I am going to order 3 more.

We needed new windows for our older home. The old ones were drafty and leaking when it rained. We called Window Seal West and a gentleman came out. He explained how the windows are made and took all the measurements. They replaced all of our windows in one day. Including the big picture window. No more drafts or leaking. And they look so nice.

We had a great experience with Window Seal West.Sergey, their salesperson, was great from the very start of our project: down to earth, very knowledgeable, polite and never pushy. He was very patient, as my wife and I were trying to figure out the type of windows we preferred for our house on Shawnessy to replace the old ones. He was very easy to get hold of when we had more questions or needed clarifications. The installing crew did an outstanding job, installing 11 new windows. They were top notch professionals who were friendly, prompt, and pleasant people to be around. The windows looks fabulous, the quality and workmanship are great and the price was very reasonable. Thanks to all the people who were involved in our project! Two thumbs up to you, guys. We would absolutely use you again.

WSW replaced our old windows with high quality windows with a reasonable price. After a year, the seal on one of the windows was broken and it started to fog. I called them and they quickly p pulled up my order, verified which window it was and put a work order for it. The window was replaced in less than a month. Thank you!

This company is all Canadian and manufacturing in Calgary Alberta which is local. The window products are of excellent workmanship. The price is also right and no gouging! We had been looking to replace our windows for 5 years, but it was extremely difficult to find a good contractor in Golden because it's a small town in BC. We got a flyer for Window Seal West and they had people come out from Calgary within days of calling them. They brought an example of their windows, did a quote right away and by the end of the visit it was clear no one in town or any place in Calgary we talked to could match their price, and the quality was also better than anything we had seen. Once the windows were made they had them installed in two days and they look amazing! We are very satisfied and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for windows!

First off we had Max come by and do a estimate for our three front windows. What a fantastic guy he was. Not only was the estimate reasonable and fair, Max was so personable and friendly. He was prepared with showing us the quality we would be getting. He brought with him a sample of the window itself and colour samples as well. He explained everything about the windows from where their made to how they are made. He also kept in touch with us during the time that the windows were being made and to the date they would be ready for installation.The window installers were super friendly and efficient. These two gentlemen were from Moldova (unfortunately I don’t the the correct spelling of their names) and explained what all they were going to get done for us. They took time to fix up three of our other windows as well, which was amazing! They both took time out of their day to chat with our family about who they were, I loved that. Very friendly gentleman. The workmanship was great.I would absolutely recommend and have this company do windows for us again. All these gentlemen made our process super easy and comfortable. Great windows too!!!

Had a great experience with Window Seal West. Vlad came to our home, took measurements and gave us a very competitive quote. We were very fussy about details such as paint colour, custom wood jamb extensions, etc., but Vlad assured us that this would be no problem.On installation day, we were pleased to find that all of the windows arrived exactly as we had ordered. The installers, Vadim and Yuruly, were fast, professional and friendly. From the time they arrived until the time they drove away was less than 6 hours. In that time they installed 11 windows on 2 floors, completely cleaned up afterwards and even hauled away the old windows. Amazing!I would definitely recommend these guys for any of your window needs.

I received am excellent customer service and a good price from the sales representative Max. He was very professional , helpful and knowledgeable as well as the installers. They came on time, the installation was quick, and they left the areas clean. I am very happy with the product , I am glad I chose the right company to replace my windows and a patio door.Highly recommended !

I dealt with Vlad Nemchuk as my sales rep. I was a little overwhelmed by the vast selection of windows and doors but he explained everything and walked me through my selections. The installers were VERY fast, clean and the whole process was surprisingly painless. I would highly recommend Window Seal West if you're looking for windows or doors. My new windows look fantastic and change the whole look of my house inside and out. I live on a relatively busy street and have noticed a drastic reduction of street noise now. I'm LOVING it!!!

I had three other estimates to replace both my front & back doors. After a Google search I reached out to Window Seal West as a forth estimate. I met Sergey who came out to my house to review the job and talked about their door construction. Then the next day Sergey sent me the estimate which I found to be a fair price for the job. I signed the contract for the install and never looked back. This is a very professional business with qualified people right from the start to job completion. Sergey came out to my house shortly after the installers left to review the job with me to make sure all was well and I was happy. What else can I say other then top notch and customer comes first. I would recommend this company in a heart beet for any door or window install. You won't be disappointed.

There were several issues with the windows we had installed, that were probably due to an inexperienced install team. However Window Seal West really stands by their warranty and did everything they could to resolve the issues, including replacing one of the windows. It's clear that they value the opinions of their customers and they were responsive with dealing with the problems.

Firstly let me say that the installers are great, fast, nice, tried to stay out of the way while there were working. To be fair I am editing this review, The installers again went above and beyond. The other situations have been fixed as well with the pandemic I feel that it was way to critical. All and all good work all around

I made a complaint about the delay of the installation of my window and they were quick to resolve the issue. Installation was quick, he was very professional. He cleaned the install window for me, tidied very well, and even glued the seal that had torn off on an additional window. He showed me the issues of this additional window and gave me tips on how to get it closed properly. I've upgraded my 1 star to 4 stars because of his helpfulness and professionalism. While I wish i didnt have to go through those channels to get it done, I applaud their response.

They have sent one of their project manager to do the quote and Tomas was amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He did a fantastic job, and I am happy to change the one star to a four.

We called in for a quote for two doors. A representative came to our house. He promised a quote by e-mail We did not receive one. 10 days later my husband called back and he said the system was down and he would send a quote immediately. A week later still no quote, My husband called and asked to speak to manager. We were told he’d call us back. As of yet, no response. This is highly unprofessional. I am disappointed in the service and managers inability to phone and talk with us.

We got a flyer in the mail and decided to try them. Sales guy Sergey was nice, went over what we wanted for the window. Once decided we paid a $1,000 deposit. We asked for two window screen replacements as well as our main bay window.A worker came within a week and took measurements.About 12 weeks went by and we had to call a few times to check in, we were told an 8week turnaround. My wife got someone who was a little snippy with her, however every time I called they were always pleasant. Third time calling around the 12 week marker I was told they can book me in.The day came we were told 1pm install, turned into 5pm install. Once they opened up the area they found rot and said they can do the work but needed to charge us extra. I had the materials and said go for it. I had a meeting until 8pm and got home at 8:30pm and the window still wasn’t in. I started to help. Long story short they were done and leaving at 1am. Thankfully no one called the police for working late.We agreed on giving them an extra $350 cash and no receipt. They said they would be by to put some flashing on the top, but we had to put back on the siding and chalk the window ourselves. We did and didn’t hear from anyone for almost two weeks. Finally the worker came back and dropped off the flashing and said you guys put it up. He then left. He said he had a family emergency and couldn’t do it.I called Sergey and told him we didn’t have the screen windows and the flashing wasn’t installed above the window and the worker wasn’t coming back. He gave us one screen and said the other a worker will come, measure the spot and install flashing next week. No one came.At the end of the day. This company might not finish the job 100%. I will not ever recommend you and took down the sign and recycled it. You don’t do your job, I don’t advertise for you!

My sister had her house done by Window Seal West and she was very happy with the product and service which is why I chose to use them on one of my properties.My experience so far is not as great as hers sadly. The quoting process was quick and efficient, prices were reasonable and I decided to go forward with the work. I was told that my windows and doors would be in 5-6 weeks after I put down the deposit which I did on June 11th. Tomorrow will be 8 weeks and I still have no windows or doors, nor an estimate of when I will.I have contacted my sales person several times, whom throughout the quoting process was very responsive but now, ghostly quiet. I called into the office 3 times over the last two weeks and was told that they will check with production and call me back - I was told this 3 times and each time I received no call back. The last time I called I even mentioned that the previous person said they would call me back the next day and they never did - well, she didn't call me back the next day either.I can't comment first hand on their product yet but I can say that their service after they have your deposit is seriously lacking.Delays in production happen, it's the real world, issues come up... It's how you communicate and handle the issues that determine who you are, your integrity and reputation.Frustrated

If I could give a -5 star rating that's what this company would get. This is the WORST COMPANY I have EVER dealt with. The customer service is NON EXISTENT. Had windows installed in mid July after being told would be early July, which is no big deal only they said they were going to be here a certain day to install, so took day off work and NO SHOW didn't call or anything. I then called to find out what had happened and said it was rescheduled for 10 days from then. Finally got windows installed and couple wks later had a concern on the locking mech of the living rm window EXTREMELY hard to latch to the point they WILL BREAK if left like that and also top of windows do not crank in all the way can see light out through them. Long story short in the last 2 1/2 mths have called 5-6 times and still nothing. They can't seem to find out if it's Calgary or Edmonton's service area and it's always some one will call with a date and time in a couple of days which NO ONE EVER CALLS. I have even talked with there service guy "Serge" directly with the same results. I need to replace a patio door and a few other windows but this company will NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS OR ANYONE I CAN TELL MY STORY TO. IF you value customer service DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, you will just get the run around. Windows are to much of a investment to not have a company with quality customer service.

I got one of their flyers in the mail, 25% off windows for the summer. I decided to call, as I was planning on cutting two new egress windows into my basement. After several minutes on the phone with an unprofessional sales person, who was in the background trying to contact a "project manager", I was told that they were not interesting in selling just two windows. They said if I could give them dimensions of more windows then they could get me something. Business must be good if they can turn away customers. So... I guess my money is better spent elsewhere. Thanks anyway.
